Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Oversee the team to build good commercial relationship with all customers.
- Supervise day-to-day on the effective and efficient operation of the CUSTOMER SERVICE department.
- Develop and direct mid- to long-term strategies to promote service excellence and a consistent customer experience.
- Develop insights into customers’ needs and expectations, and provide inputs for product development team.
- Monitor customer loyalty programs and procedures to ensure on-time delivery, customer satisfaction and positive customer experience.
- Develop and direct performance standards for the team to meet service goals.
- Provide solutions, feedback and reports regarding service failures or customer concerns to the team to address in a timely manner.
- Provide feedback to the operations team to ensure all customers have accurate and timely information on order status and/or changes.
- Manage the approved budget of the CUSTOMER SERVICE department.
- Supervise, develop and coach staff.
Job Requirements:
- Professional qualifications, or equivalent
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail
- Excellent leadership and problem solving skills
- Candidate with minimum of 5 to 7 years’ experience in Customer Service
- In-depth knowledge of logistics, automotive and industrial sectors, and marine industries
