Role Overview: Reporting directly to the newly appointed CIO, this pivotal role will sit within the tech leadership team and focus intensively on leveraging data and analytics capabilities. You'll lead a small yet rapidly growing team, harnessing the company's data assets to influence critical decision-making processes across various business verticals. Working closely with General Managers in Property, Construction, Finance, Marketing, and Sales, you'll translate complex business challenges into actionable commercial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a growing team, fostering a data-driven culture within the organization.
• Utilize data assets to solve business problems and drive strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with General Managers to identify opportunities and deliver insights for key areas of the business.
• Take a hands-on approach to data, analytics, and business intelligence, considering the team's initial size.
• Oversee Enterprise Applications and manage relationships with key partners, including Microsoft, Snowflake, ERP, and SaaS vendors.
• Contribute to the company's push for large-scale Automation, AI, IoT integration, and Cyber Security enhancement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a hands-on leader in Data, BI, or Analytics, preferably within a consulting or property domain.
• Familiarity with real estate operations, construction, or development would be highly advantageous.
• Strong vendor management skills, particularly with Microsoft, Snowflake, and other technology partners.
• Knowledge of AI, IoT, Cyber Security, and a demonstrated ability to drive digital transformation initiatives.
• A track record of translating complex data into actionable insights for business stakeholders.
