The Organisation
We are an Adelaide based fashion house that began nearly 10 years ago with the now globally recognised brand ‘Acler’. Acler is a female founded and led business that at its heart, celebrates quality textiles, masterful craftsmanship and accessible luxury pieces. From the success of Acler grew our second brand ‘Significant Other’. Significant Other is a pioneering force for artisanal luxury and resort-wear, a renowned presence in the Australian and international markets. Both brands have expanded rapidly, with an ever-growing list of major retailers across the US, EU, UK and Middle East 

The Opportunity 
Preferably located in Adelaide CBD but Sydney is also possible, Acler and Significant Other is on the hunt for an innovative Head of E-Commerce. 
Reporting directly to the CEO, this pivotal role will be at the helm of the end-to-end operational, marketing and promotional management of the e-commerce sales channel.  You will also be responsible for new system adoption to improve customer experience and optimise operational efficiency. With a sweeping scope, this role encompasses:

  • Strategy, budget and reporting
  • Web operations and customer experience
  • Digital marketing
  • Leadership and team management

Qualifications and Experience 

  • Proven track record in a similar operational business setting.
  • Extensive experience with Shopify and other critical e-commerce platforms.
  • Extensive understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
  • Experience managing and leading a team.
  • Exposure to or experience in inventory planning and buying.
  • A tertiary degree or similar in marketing and/or business.
  • Knowledge of the fashion industry is preferred but not essential.
