About the Role
This is a critical role within our Commercial Strategy team responsible for the development of eCommerce strategies to drive online growth across websites and relevant marketplaces to achieve sales & profit targets - that will include SEO- UX- content strategy- platform upgrades and product & pricing.
Analyse and review the current strategies and technologies in place and provide recommendations for improvement and optimisation.
Drive and lead the eCommerce team with a hands-on approach.
The creation of short and long-term eCommerce business strategies and the influencing skills to bring them to life.
Manage relationships with online retailers / marketplaces as well as third party suppliers with the views to optimise the customer experience and drive online sales.
About You
A background in Retail/FMCG with knowledge across both sales and marketing
Demonstrated ability to lead.
Demonstrated experience taking ownership of eCommerce retailers.
Strong communicator with knowledge of digital account management- category and marketing plans
Demonstrated analytical skills and forecasting/planning abilities.
