The Opportunity This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the finance function of a leading specialist healthcare organisation. The business was recently acquired by one of Australia's fastest growing Private Equity firms and is well positioned to continue delivering strong results and growth. 

Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will be integral in driving the business forward from a commercial and operational standpoint. This role will lead and directly oversee the finance function, whilst closely partnering with other departments to support with strategic decision making, and provide a high level of financial and commercial acumen. The Challenge 

Reporting to the CEO, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following: 

• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders in providing financial guidance, analysis, and support for business decisions
• Developing initiatives to improve the productivity and profitability of the business
• Providing business case and forecasting support to improve the financial outcomes reached by the business
• Reviewing and challenging business plans and assisting with strategic planning
• Prepare and present accurate, timely and comprehensive financial reports to senior management, stakeholders and regulatory authorities
• Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure optimal financial stability and efficiency. Implement strategies to optimize cash management across the organization
• Relationship Management: Engage with healthcare professionals including specialists and independent contractors, build relationships and assist in supporting their business growth and efficiency

The Expertise
