About the Head of HR - APAC

Reporting directly into the Chief People Officer (who is based in Belgium), the purpose of this role is to work closely with the VP - APAC to develop and execute the HR strategy for the region, in line with the global HR strategy. As a key member of the APAC Leadership and Global HR Leadership teams, you will support executives and leaders to drive organisational performance, talent and leadership development.

Supporting and developing a small team of BPs across the region, you will use contemporary organisational development principles and practices to further progress and mature programs of work including talent development, succession planning, DEI&B and employee wellbeing.

About you

To be successful in this role you will have relevant HR management and people-leadership experience. Ideally you have had exposure to all areas of the employee lifecycle and have demonstrable knowledge of and experience in, delivering contemporary HR practices.

The successful candidate will have:

• The ability to think strategically, influence, plan and deliver;
• A confident, positive and authentic leadership style;
• Experience in implementing a people strategy and using data effectively to understand the impacts;
• An ability to travel internationally frequently;
• Flexibility in the ways of working given the global requirements of the role;
• Accreditation and/or experience in coaching / executive coaching; and
• Human Resource qualifications and / or relevant accreditations.
