The Position:
Reporting to the Managing Director you will be accountable for strategically leading the People, Culture and Safety function providing high-level advice, support and solutions across the business. Your core duties will include:
- Championing employee engagement, culture and wellbeing;
- Designing HR measurements of success to track progress;
- Recruitment, selection and onboarding;
- Leadership of all employee, industrial relations and safety matters;
- Drive employee development plans and the performance review process;
- Developing and implementing a training framework;
- The implementation of HR ‘best practice’ systems, policies and procedures.
About You:
- Tertiary qualification in HR or a related discipline;
- Proven record in a similar strategic leadership position;
- Experience in managing cultural change and organisational evolution;
- A track record of implementing new and robust processes and procedures;
- Experience in working with contemporary HRIS systems;
- Excellent people management and communications skills;
- Well-developed inter-personal skills; &
- A positive “can do” attitude.
