This will be achieved by focusing on driving value creation and developing pricing capability in-market.Our products are loved by people for their balanced nutrition, quality craftsmanship and sheer indulgence. • Lead the strategic development of RGM programs and initiatives with various markets and implement in market, developing the required KPIs to measure and track results.
• Developing and deploying Revenue Growth Management pricing frameworks and structures. Partner in developing the Co-Op approach/ framework and deploy regionally considering local market dynamics and objectives.
• Driving a global community of RGM Pricing Excellence and growing RGM capability across the Co-Op through deployment of tools, insights, training, processes, and frameworks. Acting as a trusted advisor this role will work at all levels to drive change, connecting in with regional and external best practices and identifying opportunity and sharing these best practices globally to drive incremental growth and implement RGM programs in country.
• Partner with the Company's Consumer Sales Directors and their teams to help deliver their FY Revenue and EBIT objectives by developing and deploying pricing strategies.

About YouIn this influential role, you will be integral to leading change and driving our pricing strategies to new heights.You'll have the ability to anticipate and balance strategic and commercial drivers and market dynamics to evaluate and optimise opportunities, risks, and trade-offs.Additional skills, experience and attributes include:

• Minimum of 15+ years in pricing, consumer sales, finance or a combination of functions and disciplines.
• Experience in a fast paced and complex financial environment.
• Demonstrated experience in driving process improvement.
• Experience working in emerging markets and cultures.
• Financial skills and experience to understand market dynamics, economics and price decision making.
• Well-developed analytical skills to derive insights from and apply to issues of Pricing market intelligence, distribution channel analysis and structure.
