The Role
- Optimise product assortment and category management leading to a measurable increase in sales and customer satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key suppliers, resulting in improved supply chain reliability and cost savings.
- Implement efficient procurement processes, reducing lead times and ensuring timely product availability.
- Mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring business continuity in the face of external challenges.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, agriculture, supply chain management, or a related field
- Proven experience (min 5 years) in product category management and procurement within the agricultural and/or retail industry.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards in the agricultural sector.
- Strong understanding of agricultural products, market dynamics, and industry trends.
