Diversity in our Tennis community and our workplace is a strength and a pillar of our sport. We take great pride in providing a working environment that allows people to be their authentic self and offers the flexibility that our people need to thrive both at work and at home.

Fostering a workplace that is diverse and equitable is a high priority for Tennis Australia. We strongly encourage women, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, people who identify as LGBTQI, people with a disability and people from culturally diverse backgrounds to apply.
