The role:
As the Head of Research, Evaluation & Data Analytics, you will play a key role in establishing a culture of data-driven practice to ensure high-quality client care across Centacare Services. Collaborating with the General Manager Centacare Practice Governance and relevant Subject Matter Experts, you'll build relationships with universities and government departments to secure grant funding and develop research and evaluation partnerships.
Key Duties:
- Work within the Practice Governance Unit to enhance safe and quality outcomes for clients.
- Ensure the development, implementation of Data Analytics relating to practice performance and client outcomes across a complex and diverse range of programs and services relating to quality client care for Family & Relationship Care, Aged Care & Housing, and Disability Care & Mental Health.
- Develop and maintain research and evaluation partnerships, and supporting student placements within Centacare Services.
- Contribute to the implementation of Centacare’s Practice Governance and Research & Evaluation Frameworks.
- Ensure timely and accurate data, identifying systemic trends and issues for continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of data-driven outcomes to inform improvements in service delivery.
Skills and Experience:
- PhD in Psychology, Social Work, Behavioural Science, Health, or other relevant Discipline.
- Significant senior experience in managing research, evaluation, and Data Analytics in a diverse and complex community services organisation.
- Experience in research and evaluation within the community services sector and applied understanding of Human Service Quality Framework, Aged Care and/or Disability Quality Standards is essential.
- Ability to obtain an NDIS workers screening card and working with children check.
- Ability to obtain and pass a police check.
