The Head of Student Support and Success is responsible for providing strategic direction and operational management of the Student Services function. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role leads the design, implementation and monitoring of all initiatives aimed at enhancing the student experience. Collaborating closely with other senior leaders across both service and teaching portfolios, the role ensures that student service capabilities are integrated into delivery areas to maximise reach and impact. This position and leads all support services available to students, working to identify and reduce barriers to access and completion of their education.About you
