About Our ClientOur client is an important multinational property development entity with headquarters in APAC.Job DescriptionReporting to the Admin Deputy General Manager and Managing Director, this pivotal role will be responsible for overseeing tax due diligence related to property investment development and tax lodgement. The duties will include ensuring efficient communication between joint venture partners, including direct liaison with tax advisors, and managing other accounting and finance tasks, such as performance reviews and output assessments of accounting staff and administrative expatriates.Facilitating communication and Q&A sessions between JV partners, managing schedules, and handling reporting/submission to the APAC headquarters will also be part of the responsibilities.The Successful ApplicantWe are seeking for a candidate with background experience in accounting firms and/or property development industry with broaden experience in property transaction tax due diligence.Fluency in Japanese and business-level English proficiency is required.What's on OfferThis role presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to the organisation's success by managing critical aspects of Taxation and finance while supporting administrative functions.
