Opportunity for an experienced Technology Leader of Leaders to step into a well established Tech Business and influence the Tech Roadmap, bring Diversity of thought to a 700-800 sized business.
The gist of the role:
In this role, you will be managing a team of Leaders (roughly 6), and indirectly manage 40-60 people across Technology (Engineering, Platform, Cloud, BA).
We are looking for someone from a Tech background , who can influence the team, participate in Technical conversations at a high level and earn respect from Tech teams.
Must have a proven track record of experience managing Leaders
Excellent Communication skills - both with Tech teams and Leadership team peers.
Stakeholder management : Building partnerships, influencing and strong business acumen
Change management: Previous experience leading a large group of people going through change
Please note that this role would not suit someone from a Project/Program Manager background.
This role is based in Melbourne CBD with 3 days p/w in the office.
