- Opportunity for an experienced Trading Desk leader to manage all aspects of Trading and liquidity risk exposure for the company
- Work with key internal stakeholders including Treasury and Trading Desk departments and company executives on a daily basis
What will my day look like?
You will be responsible for assisting the dealing team with Trading Operations, ensuring Compliance and established processes are being followed whilst working with a range of liquidity providers and client queries on a daily basis.
Daily duties will include the following:
- Monitor and manage market risk, including FX, Commodities, Indices, Crypto and Equity CFDs
- Monitoring of price feeds and external pricing and liquidity relationships
- Devise daily trading and hedging strategies
- Daily administration of Trading platform settings across MT4, MT5 and cTrader
- Manage day to day market maintenance and dealing processes
- Identify and manage adverse client behavior
- Investigate and resolve internal and external trade queries
You are a proactive and results driven person with strong commercial orientation and awareness. You are self-motivated with an ability to work autonomously whilst under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
Ideal Candidates will have the following:
- At least 5+ years in a similar role managing trading risk exposures and performing/creating/contributing towards financial risk modelling
- Experience with trading software highly desirable
- Strong leadership skills
