Form of workWe are seeking an experienced specialist General Medicine Physician for a full time role as Head ofGeneral Medicine. General Medicine is the largest unit within the Division of Medicine, with an established collaborative team of full time and fractional senior medical staff caring for a substantial cohort of patients.
The General Medicine Unit has 5 ward-based teams.
We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated, enthusiastic physician to lead a growing team of General Physicians in actively developing the increasing service opportunities.
There is scope for the development of additional accredited rotations for the General medicine advanced trainees such as a Chief Medical Registrar role and potential rotations with the newly expanded Perioperative Medicine Unit.
- Fellowship with FRACP.
- Specialist registration with AHPRA
