AddressOur newly formed Energy & Utilities business is seeking a Head of Zero Harm - Water to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will lead the Zero Harm team that delivers initiatives, programs, and outcomes for their allocated line of business.
This is a full-time permanent position that can be located in multiple locations throughout Australia. Please note, if successful in this role there will be occasional travel required.
Our ideal candidate:
You will possess the capability to lead, execute, and drive change within the business, fostering positive transformation and ongoing enhancements within the safety space.
- Minimum 5 years experience within a senior leadership role in the Health and Safety industry
- Tertiary qualifications in business, Workplace Health & Safety, or related discipline
- Advanced Diploma in Health & Safety or willingness to obtain
- Lead Internal Auditor or willingness to obtain
- Exposure to high-risk industries, preferably within construction or infrastructure
- High level of problem solving and the ability to deal with complex issues
- Able to build and maintain quality relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
