Everyday Bread is set to open a new bakery/patisserie in early 2024
We are searching for an experienced Head Pastry Chef to spearhead the pastry and sandwich section.
You will be in charge of a small team of Pastry Chefs and work alongside our bakers to produce a variety of viennoiserie, tarts, cakes and sandwiches on our famous bread.
To be considered for this position you must
- Have ample experience as a Pastry Chef
- Have a technical understanding of fermentation and baking chemistry
- Experience working in management (ideal but not essential)
- Have a can-do attitude and be able to work efficiently under time constraints
- Have a creative flair.
You will be working with new equipment, good produce & a passionate team of people that enjoy a nine day fortnight.
Our intention is to create a pastry & sandwich section that is on par with the reputation of our existing bakery
