- Upgrades & Renewals higher than 80%
- Less than 5% loss of clients each month
- 2 new customer reviews every month
- 1 new member is referred every month
Minimum Qualifications:
- Certificate III & IV in Fitness or Higher
- 5 years of Personal Training and/or Strength & Conditioning coaching
Major Duties:
- Program design (Personal Training Program)
- Complete client onboarding
- Coaching 10-25 PT sessions per week
- Coaching junior trainers in all techniques
- Completing education/certification requirements
- Support Gym Operations
- Member Retention Activities
