Da Orazio Bondi, 1 HAT Italian restaurant and pizzeria, is looking for a talented HEAD PIZZA CHEF to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the pizza kitchen, overseeing the preparation, cooking, and presentation of our signature pizzas.
- Create and develop innovative pizza recipes that showcase the flavours and quality ingredients.
- Train and supervise pizza staff, ensuring high standards of food quality and consistency.
- Manage inventory, control food costs, and uphold health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth and maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pizza Chef, with expertise in working with wood-fired ovens.
- Deep understanding of pizza dough preparation.
- Ability to lead a team, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional food experiences.
- Food Safety Supervisor certification is an advantage.
