About the role:

The successful candidate will take pride in understanding our guests needs, thoughts, and feelings for their upcoming journey. A natural ‘people person’ like yourself can effortlessly thrill, comfort, and converse about to local flora and fauna with the guest. You are fascinated by Tasmania’s rich history and culture and are genuinely excited by the prospect of sharing this with others.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
• Work well under pressure,
• Great team player,
• Flexibility and reliability to work a range of shifts,
• Effective communication skills,
• Wilderness or remote area first aid or ability to acquire.
• Coxwain’s certificate
• Thematic interpretative skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
