We are currently recruiting a Head Steward to be a part of our integral team at Officers Mess, Cambrai Lines, Munster Barracks, Catterick Garrison, DL9 3PZ

- 34 hours per week, Monday – Friday. Shift patterns between 0830-1600

- Supervision of services within the Mess operational business area
- Accountability for the effective supervision and performance of frontline colleagues within the mess, ensuring delivery of steward services to the required standard
- Assist with function preparation as directed by the mess manager i.e. silver cleaning, dining room layout, napkins etc
- Completion of company paperwork
- Reception duties & messing
- Cash handling and till operation
- A DBS check will be required to complete the application process
- Good numerical and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of health and safety and food safety requirements.
