Head Waiter

A charismatic, experienced head Waiter is wanted to join our growing team in Bardon.

Our inspired Bistro, La Belle Vie, places emphasis on excellent customer service and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are necessary working in the fast paced environment. We encourage a dynamic and supportive team atmosphere and offer great working conditions. 

We are seeking a candidate for long term position.

The Role:

• Ability to work with attention to details
• Ability to follow detailed instruction and direction
• Ability to hold a section autonomously in the dining room
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure
• Capability of building rapport with customers
• Assisting with the daily tasks of running the restaurant floor

What we are looking for: 

• A candidate with passion for food, wine & hospitality
• Strong experience within the industry in a similar environment providing exceptional customer service 
• High level of resilience, strong communication skills, autonomous
• Positive, can-do attitude

• Valid Australian working rights (Full Time + No Working Holiday Visa)
