Job description

Your career in healthcare made personal

At Medibank we’ve recently unified our health services under one brand – Amplar Health.

With over 1000 employees, our nurses, GPs and other amazing allied health professionals our focus is on improving healthcare experiences and championing greater access, choice, and control for people in Australia when it comes to managing their health.

The Opportunity

To better deliver on the Amplar Health and Medibank’s prevention ambition, our Preventative Health Operations Squad delivers a range of funded programs including Health Concierge, CareComplete, and Health and Wellbeing Checks.

As a Lead in our Health Concierge program you will coach, guide and inspire our Clinicians to deliver our program – dedicated to providing health assurance to Medibank members who are undergoing specific hospital procedures and mental health admissions.  This will involve clinical, emotional and practical advice and support – delivered within our documented Model of Care and to agreed target performance standards.

About You

As either an AHPRA Registered Nurse or  Dietitian we are looking for your passion for customer service along with strong and supportive people leadership skills. As a people leader you will be accountable for your team’s goals – so we look for demonstrated experience around driving and inspiring teams to reach their targets.

Our service operates shifts between the hours of 09:00AM - 6:00PM (AEST) Monday to Friday. You will be working 8 hours each day within the service hours.

This is a rare work from home leadership opportunity.  As such you will need fast, reliable internet and appropriate workspace to ensure privacy whilst working.

Our much-loved Perks

  • Our 2030 vision is to be the healthiest workplace in Australia – so we embrace a healthier way of working by providing you with flexibility in how, when and where you conduct your work. As such, this role has lots of freedom to work from home.

  • If you are considering joining Amplar Health for the first time learn more about our health solutions from our website.
