Position Charter

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Full-Time or Part-Time Pharmacist to join our growing team within the rapidly emerging medicinal cannabis field. You will be working alongside multiple pharmacists and technicians to manage and oversee the receiving, handling, picking and packing requirements within the warehouse. Previous experience within the cannabis industry is desirable but not essential as full training and support will be provided. 
 

Scope and Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate and ethical medication supply 
  • Daily record keeping 
  • Daily stocktaking
  • Ordering and receiving warehouse stock
  • Education and consultation with your customers
  • Collaboration with a medical team of nurses, doctors and other pharmacists
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory environments including State Health Department, Office of Drug Control and Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA)
  • Ensuring compliance with company’s quality policies, standard operating procedures, documentation, and management systems
  • Ensuring a safe and clean work environment
  • Continue to establish, monitor, and manage operational goals 
     

Essential Requirements

  • Current Full Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Registration
  • Current Professional Indemnity Insurance (PII)
  • Australian National Police Clearance (NPC)

  • The ideal candidate will be compassionate and empathetic, with an interest in complementary, integrated, and nutritional medicine
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data driven decisions
  • Ability to work across multiple teams on various projects towards a common goal
