Our Site Specialists provide Injury Prevention, Health Assessment, and Workplace Wellness programs for our clients across Australia. We are looking for a health professional who is keen to undertake work with our white-collar and blue-collar clients in Sydney with the ability to travel across NSW as required. We are keen to set you up for success and support you to deliver our programs at our client sites. To ensure success in your role, we will provide paid training and support you to upskill in the areas of education, training and coaching.
The programs delivered by the Site Specialist include:
- Health Coaching
- Mentoring, motivating and inspiring people to set and achieve health goals
- Health Promotion and Toolbox talks, presenting to large and small groups
- Undertaking employee health checks, including finger prick blood test, blood pressure, disease risk screening & goal setting.
- Facilitation of musculoskeletal conditioning programs
- Conducting Injury Prevention and Manual Handling workshops
- Conducting Injury Assessments, Workplace Assessments and Ergonomic Assessments
The successful candidate will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Exercise Science, Physiology, Physiotherapy or Occupational Health
- Relevant accreditation with governing body e.g., ESSA, APHRA is desirable
- Hold a current First Aid Certificate (Preferable)
- Hold a current Driver's license
- Be COVID vaccinated
- Be willing to undertake a Police check
- Experience and/or knowledge of behavioural change and motivational interviewing would be highly regarded however not essential

Our clients are located across Sydney and occasionally in Regional New South Wales. Team members need to be willing to travel. Travel in your own vehicle is reimbursed on a per kilometre basis. Flights, accommodation, and meal allowances are provided when the nature of the work requires you to be away from home. This is a casual role with a flexible work schedule and above award wages. Most work will be during the week, there may be occasional weekend work. Laptop and all required equipment is provided.
