This is a Permanent Full Time or Fixed Term Full Time appointment, with the possibility of permanency.Position Profile: Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, provide education, community development and counselling services to young people 14-25, families, carers and service providers. To raise awareness of Mental Health issues and prevent the development of serious Mental Health illnesses and reduce the risk of self harm. To develop referral networks with primary health, youth and specialist Mental Health.Eligibility to Apply: Australian citizenship or permanent residency is an essential requirement for applicants to be considered for permanent positions in the public sector.Other Conditions: WA Health engages staff in positions of trust and responsibility.
