As a Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Coordinator you will be responsible for providing support to the HSE team and the wider business, playing a critical role in promoting a safe and healthy work environment.

How you will make an impact

The HSE Coordinator supports the maintenance of and continuous improvement of the Dexus HSE system, risk programs and action plans, developing and implementing training programs, compiling HSE reports and partnering with the wider business on a wide range of HSE matters.

Main duties include:

This is a multifaceted role, where you will be liaising with a range of business stakeholders to coordinate, support and deliver HSE excellence for Dexus.

  • Maintain the WHS&E system, including data entry and record keeping
  • Provide support to the business in maintaining the Dexus WHS&E management manuals in line with ISO 45001 and 14001
  • Develop and rollout HSE training programs
  • Maintain risk audit program schedule, risk registers and ensure audit reports and documented
  • Participate in risk assessments, internal audits and incident investigations as required
  • Work professionally, positively and cooperatively as part of Dexus

About You

Along with your previous experience working in a similar role across a multidimensional business, you will bring coordination experience and a track record developing and implementing HSE training programs, compiling reports and maintaining WHSE systems.

You will be comfortable liaising with various business stakeholders on HSE matters and thrive in a fast-paced working environment.

  • Tertiary qualifications (or working towards) in WHS&E or risk management discipline
  • Intermediate to advanced competency in MS Office programs
  • Qualified ISO 45001 and/or Safety Map Auditor not essential but highly regarded
  • ICAM or TapRooT investigation certification not essential but highly regarded
