About the role
- Assist in Conducting occupational health screening assessments such as, but not limited to physical functional assessments, drug & alcohol screening, spirometry & audiometry testing
- Managing enquiries and resolving issues from employees, clients and healthcare practices about any administrative issues
- Liaising and maintaining relationships with clients, managers, employees/candidates, practice managers, medical and allied healthcare professionals
- Ordering and maintenance of health equipment and supplies
- Managing Doctor booking schedules
- Administrative duties associated with tracking and collating candidate medical reports, vaccination history and assessment
About you
- Builds respective and collaborative relationships with internal and external customers
- A strong communicator, both verbally and written
- A multi-tasker, with great time management skills, with the ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations
- Self-motivated, adaptable and flexible
- A team player who can also work autonomously
- Experience in working in health related field with direct patient/customer contact or hold an Allied Health Certificate highly regarded
- Hold a current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
