Heavy Diesel Mechanic Apprenticeship!

Frontline Human Resources have a number of positions available for 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th year Heavy Diesel Mechanic apprentices seeking to commence or continue their Apprenticeship! We are recruiting for Apprentices in the Castlemaine, VIC area!

This is a great opportunity to join a progressive company working with fleet in transport infrastructure (construction and maintainence) space with plenty of essential work all year round. You will work full time whilst completing a 'Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology (AUR31116)'

Responsibilities:
Repair diesel motor vehicles
Maintain all aspects of a vehicle to relevant transport legislation and standards
Diagnose electrical components for faults
Replace broken or defective vehicle parts
Test and replace electrical components
Tune engines

What We Are Looking For:
Safety conscious
Punctual
Good attitude towards work
Able to show initiative
Ability to work autonomously
A team player
Not afraid to ask questions and learn

Requirements:
Current VIC Drivers Licence
Willing to undertake a Police Check and/or Medical

Apprentices will receive:
Accredited RTO/TAFE training
Receive ongoing mentoring and support
Receive a weekly pay
