Cardinal Contractors is a family operated business with over 50 years’ experience working with some of the world’s largest resources companies; planning and executing detailed earthworks and rehabilitation work, delivering a wide range of services locally, and throughout the State and Australia.

As we continue to expand our workforce due to new contracts and contract extensions, we are actively seeking All-Rounder Operators to join our FIFO and DIDO teams. These positions will be based in the Pilbara and Goldfields regions, or in the South West. 

The skills, experience and knowledge required for these roles includes:

• Previous experience in mining / roads / civil environments.
• Must have relevant Licenses and Tickets, including HC and/or HR License.
• Experience operating multiple heavy plant machinery will be highly regarded, but specialists too should apply.
• Knowledge and practical application of Workplace OH&S.
• Must be a team player.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Must have a Current National Police Clearance (obtained within the last 12 months)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
