The Opportunity: We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and committed employee to come on board with us at Laminex as a HR Driver, based out of our Tullamarine Distribution Centre in Melbourne's northern suburbs. This is a permanent full-time position, working standard dayshift hours typically starting at 6.30am.The full-time rate is above award + super + overtime (OT) as required. Primary Responsibilities: Delivering packs of laminate (up to 3.6m long) to customers and businesses to Melbourne and surroundsChain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements and load restraintForklift driving - counter balance forklifts, mainly loading and unloading trucks with packs of laminate up to 3.6m long (if licensed)Manual labour, including lifting, packing, cleaning and walking around the siteCompleting warehouse related paperwork. About you:We are looking for a people focused and safety minded person who is ready to join a leading business in a pivotal role.You must have a keen attitude and willingness to learn new things along with the following skills and experience:Current HR Truck License - with 6 months + exp driving manual trucks (ideally Tautliners)LF forklift licence is highly regardedMust be able to work autonomously Strong customer service skillsPhysically fit as there is some manual lifting involved in this roleExceptional awareness of safety in the workplaceWhat we can offer: Above award pay rate Flexible Parental Leave policy of 26 weeks at full pay or 52 weeks at half payMonthly RDO’sOn-Site training and training programs Christmas/New-Year shut down Fantastic Staff Benefits Excited about this role, but not sure if you meet 100% of the criteria?
