About the role
Due to continued growth, Northeast Auto Group are seeking Experienced Heavy Vehicle Service Technicians to join our Adelaide IVECO Workshop.
Working in our IVECO workshop is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience with the latest in European Heavy Vehicle technology. IVECO vehicles are renowned across global markets for their high productivity and whole-of-life value, as well as their smooth and fuel-efficient power delivery, advanced digital systems, and cutting-edge safety systems
Reporting to the IVECO Workshop Supervisor, you will be responsible for diagnosing issues, repairing, servicing and reporting of Heavy Vehicles.
Day to day you will:
- Analyse and diagnose mechanical problems
- Plan jobs and order the required parts
- Complete all paperwork regarding work performed
- Mentor apprentices and support with their development
- Maintain a commitment to safety in the workplace
About you
You are excited by the thought of working on high quality commercial vehicles that provide industry leading efficiency and productivity for their owners. You are driven to take the next step in your automotive career by working with cutting edge European Heavy Vehicle technology.
You will bring:
- Trade qualifications in heavy diesel mechanics (dual trade advantageous)
- Extensive industry experience
- Driver’s licence (plus HV Licence advantageous)
- Hydraulic experience (desirable)
- AC Ticket (desirable)
- Gearbox rebuilding experience (desirable)
