THE OPPORTUNITYSalary: $57,369 - $61,947 per annum pro rata + 11% super (depending on qualifications and experience).
Time Fraction: Full Time, 1.0 EFT.
Location: (Chadstone) Drummond Street campus.
WWCC: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check.
Police Check: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining a Police Check.
Position Status: Ongoing appointment, with a 6-month qualifying period.Holmesglen’s Registrars Department is looking for a HELP Loans Officer to join a supportive team and working alongside Customers Service Officer’s. Some of your daily responsibilities will include finalising student HELP loan applications, making sure all applications meet compliance requirements and keeping up to date with government legislation requirements.The Registrars department is a supportive, collaborative, inclusive, team environment where you will be given the tools to be successful. All they ask for in return is for the successful candidate to be willing to learn, to be adaptable to any given situation and join in on group actives with a can-do attitude.ABOUT YOU
  • Diploma of Accounting or similar tertiary qualification in business, administration or related field.
  • Customer service and office administration experience including document management, as well as dealing with a broad range of people, face to face, telephone and email.
  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills and a demonstrated ability to relate professionally to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to coordinate workflow, prioritise work tasks effectively and work under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
