Here's what you'll focus on:
- Assist in the overall implementation and success of the Host Building global product. Work alongside a cross-functional product team with a range of projects.
- Using administration tools, such as MS Teams, Monday.com, Zendesk and SharePoint to develop project plans and maintain deadlines.
- Provide support for products, troubleshooting, and resolving inquiries requested from internal and external stakeholders. Assisting in systems administration utilizing specialized software to support daily operations.
- Communicate accurate and articulate information between stakeholders, including client and developer teams.
- Proactively research and assist in communicating best practices, policies, procedures, and initiatives to support operations
Our ideal person:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Information systems or related fields with a minimum of two years related work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Including advanced functions such as graphics, pivot tables etc.
- Familiarity with tools such as Tableau (data visualization), Smartsheet or Monday.com (project planning), JIRA (development) and Confluence (documentation)is highly desirable
- Excellent written & verbal communication as well as presentation skills.
