Are you a bright and bubbly customer service superstar with knack for problem solving and a passion for providing good customer service?

We are looking for support superstars to join an award winning SAAS organisation with offices all around Australia! The role will see you assisting their clients with system navigation and troubleshooting on their platform. Reporting to the Help-Desk Team Leader, you will ensure their clients receive top-tier support and contribute to their mission of delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Help clients navigate and use our SaaS platform effectively via phone support.
  • Take swift action on support requests, ensuring clients receive timely assistance.
  • Collaborate with teams to improve integration services.
  • Assist in troubleshooting sessions, providing detailed information for escalated issues.
  • Provide technical support to clients in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Maintain accurate records of escalated calls.
  • Stay updated on new products and services the platform offers.
  • Communicate clearly with clients and teams to ensure effective assistance.
What you’ll be good at:
  • Strong communication skills
  • Managing varying workloads.
  • A general understanding of technology
  • Customer centric approach
  • 10:30AM – 7:00PM working hours after the training period.
