About this role
An award-winning interior design firm is looking for a talented Mid-level Interior Designer to work on exciting high-end residential and commercial projects. You will be a motivated individual with well-developed skills across all stages of interior projects. This is a full-time role, for someone who can ideally work from the studio for at least 4 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
Be involved from initial concept sketch design through to construction
Produce detailed tender documentation and FF&E schedules
Work alongside the Senior Interior Designer to develop designs based on feedback from the client and Creative Director
Support Senior Interior Designer on site visits
Skills and Experience
Relevant tertiary qualifications
Working at a level equivalent to 5+ years professional experience
Experience in supporting a project from concept to delivery including communication with clients and build team
Proven experience in residential and commercial projects as demonstrated within a portfolio
Proficient in Sketchup, AutoCAD, Revit and Adobe Suite software
Confident documentation skills and experience creating tender packages
Self-motivated with strong organisational skill and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills
Ability to liaise with consultants
