3 Colours Painting Services Pty Ltd, a leading painting company in Sydney NSW, is seeking Highly skilled and experienced leading hands to join our team. No less than 10 years of experience in the painting industry and possess exceptional painting skills, we want to hear from you!

As a leading hand at 3 Colours Painting Services, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of 5-10 painters, working on a variety of commercial projects. We are looking for individuals who have a proven track record of delivering high-quality work, managing projects efficiently, and exceeding client expectations.

Requirements:

- No less than 10 years of experience in the painting industry

- Exceptional painting skills:

-  including wallpapering

- sash windows repainting and restorations 

- understanding remedial work supporting painting ( I might need your adjustment)

- ability to work on heights 

- ability to work on Elevated  Work Platforms 

- Strong leadership abilities

- Ability to manage and motivate a team

- Excellent attention to detail
