Job Description:
As a skilled Butcher, you will be
responsible for preparing, cutting, packaging and labelling various types of meats according to customer preferences and specifications adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
You will also assist in -maintaining inventory, management and stock rotation
-keeping the workspace and equipment clean and organized,
-Excellent communication and customer service skills Providing knowledgeable assistance and answering their meat-related questions
- Be able to manage other team members
-Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Being a team player with great attitude is a must
5 years plus of previous work experience.
