Our Housekeeper Trainers play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce. As a crucial part of our team, youll host newly recruited housekeepers in your own home for the final phase of their training, ensuring hands-on, personalised learning experiences.
What Were Seeking:
Your Home: Enjoy the convenience of training new staff right from your own home – we value your comfort and privacy.
Flexible Availability: Weekdays are your canvas! Be available between 7 am and 6 pm, Monday through Friday.
Empowerment through Equipment: Utilise your own cleaning products and equipment to train new hires effectively (subsidised).
Your Expertise: Your maturity, friendly demeanour, and training background will inspire and guide our trainees.
