As a homeCare Support Worker, you'll help older Australians maintain their independence and live at home for longer. Your personalised care and empathetic companionship will truly make a positive impact on their lives.
Your day will look like:
• Domestic Assistance including cleaning and cooking or meal preparation
• Personal care including getting them up, showering and dressing
• Driving clients to medical appointments or taking them shopping
• Providing social support and community engagement
• Providing complex care and medication management
What we look for:
• Driver's licence and a fully insured car
• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
• Current First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain)
• Current flu vaccine (or willing to obtain)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Resilience and ability to work independently
• You're available to work at least 3 days - we offer both midweek and weekend shifts to suit your lifestyle
