Care Connect are seeking motivated individuals to provide domestic care assistance to our Aged Care clients covering areas such as Manningham, Whitehorse, Knox, Maroondah and Monash.

Responsibilities of the Homecare Support Worker:
- Personal grooming and hygiene assistance including medication reminders
- Domestic duties including cleaning and laundry
- Food shopping, menu planning and meal preparation
- Mobility assistance within the home/local community
Requirements of the role:
- Right to Work in Australia
- Driver's licence and own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Police Check
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid and CPR certificate
- Minimum of 3 COVID-19 vaccinations
- Minimum 3 months of paid experience working within the aged care or community care sector
- A fantastic attitude and genuine interest in helping others
