What You Will Do:
You will provide care in our clients' homes, supporting them in continuing to live independently.
- Deliver personalised support tailored to the unique needs and preferences of older individuals.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, household tasks, and activity support.
- Create a positive and inclusive environment that encourages independence and community involvement.
- Adhere to and actively contribute to the customer's care plan.
- Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring confidentiality.

What You Need to Be Successful:
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support or Disability, or equivalent.
- Experience in the industry is desirable.
- Full driving licence.
- Current police clearance.
- A well maintained vehicle with insurance.
- Confident in using electronic devices and related Apps
- Passion for making a difference in the community.
