NAB's Home Lending Executives are experts in their field and are truly passionate about delivering a superior Banking experience to our customers - wherever they may be! Trusted relationships are our strength, and whether it's their home, via Zoom, a NAB Branch, a coffee shop or anywhere in between - you will meet with our customers to determine their financial goals and aspirations - asking meaningful questions to truly ascertain their needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
Our Home Lending Executives hold a significant position within our Lending space, and as such, are regarded as highly valued Lending Partners across the wider enterprise. This role will give you the flexibility and autonomy to prioritise your own workday and meet with customers via Zoom or face-to-face.

Established, significant experience in Home / Mortgage Lending or Credit products
High-performer energy, with proven experience of achieving KPIs
Charisma, drive, ambition and a genuine appetite to help customers achieve their financial goals!
Self-motivation and dedication to work in a highly autonomous role
A passion for building strong relationships within your community and surrounding network
Exceptional communication skills coupled with superior stakeholder management experience
