About the Role: We are seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join our team as a Stylist/Salesperson at Showcase Property Styling. In this hybrid role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creative flair in staging properties while also leveraging your sales skills to drive business growth. If you are passionate about interior design, have a knack for sales, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their staging needs and preferences, providing expert guidance and recommendations.
- Utilize your creative eye to conceptualize and execute staging designs that enhance the appeal of properties and attract potential buyers.
- Manage the sales process from initial client inquiry to closing, including conducting property assessments, presenting staging proposals, and negotiating contracts.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and other industry professionals to generate leads and referrals.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings to position Showcase Property Styling as a leader in the home staging market.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of staging projects, including scheduling deliveries, overseeing installations, and managing inventory.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in interior design, home staging, or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record in sales or business development, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong creative skills with a passion for interior design and decor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
