Address Australia Backpacker Central Pty Ltd has 25 Horticulture positions in Nangiloc/Colignan, Victoria commencing in September 2024.
These roles will be to pick, pack, thin, trim and prune Dried Fruit and Citrus trees along with general vineyard and Citrus farm work.
No previous experience is necessary, candidates should be motivated and able to learn quickly. Work is physical and outdoors, successful candidates will be required for early starts and work in a range of weather conditions. Candidates must be able to work within a team, take instruction, working quickly with accuracy - on the job training will be provided.
Workers must have a genuine desire to relocate to the area.
Wages will be paid at standard Horticulture Award 2020, rates with a combination of hourly and piece rate depending on the work task you are assigned. You will be working 5 - 6 days per week, depending on weather conditions, with average minimum weekly work hours will be reflected under the Horticulture award - Level 1 to work on average 38 hours per week.
