With several sites located across Victoria, the roles are based at our Tatura location and currently employs over 300 employees.
About the Opportunity
Flavorite continues to enjoy a high level of growth and we are looking for passionate and motivated applicants to join our team as casual employees. Flavorite offers base hourly rate and the opportunity to earn a great bonus.
Duties will vary depending on labour requirements but could be in the following departments:
Production Duties will involve:
- Picking fruit to meet KPIs and quality requirements (Picking department)
- Truss Pruning - Selecting the best fruit to achieve optimal truss production.
- Twisting - Training the plants to grow up the string supports.
- Layering - Lowering the plants for picking and de-leafing.
- De-leafing - Removing leaves to improve the growth of the plants and to make the next harvesting truss visible.
- Previous experience with repetitive tasks
- Ability to follow instruction
- Reliable and motivated
- Good level of fitness
- Strong team work abilities
- High attention to detail
