Join us in making a difference!The Role:You are closely aligned with the Quality of Care Principles and can support, educate, and mentor the rest of the team.Your excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills will be critical to your success in this leadership role and you will be passionate about staff support, education, and mentoringThis position will is a permanent part-time position offering 45.6 hrs per fortnight.Week One:Monday 0800-1600Tuesday 0800-1600Wednesday 0800-1600Week Two:Monday 0800-1600Tuesday 0800-1600Wednesday 0800-1600Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact with management, staff, residents and their families and visiting health professionals
  • Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the resident rooms
  • Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of communal areas
  • Maintain and manage stock in cleaning cupboards
  • Basic Knowledge of microfibre products and cleaning techniques
  • Ensure meeting rooms are set accordingly
  • Undertake any other duties and projects as required
  • Ability to follow directions, schedules
Essential Criteria:
  • Proven organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team, as required.
  • Demonstrated good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Evidence of COVID-19 and Current Flu vaccinations per Amana Living policies
  • Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance (within 6-months validity)
  • Successful completion of pre-employment form and reference checks
