We are currently looking for a Live In Caretaker to join our friendly and professional team at Oaks Hervey Bay Resort and Spa. The Caretaker will be required to be available for caretaking duties from 8.30pm - 6.30am, 7 days a week (shared between 1 or 2 Caretakers).
Please note accommodation is provided as remuneration. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom dual key unit. Electricity and water are included. Full use of resort facilities included. Caretaking agreement available for single or couple.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Facilitate any late arrivals for check-in
- Respond to emergencies in the building during the evenings
- Respond to noise complaints
- Complete the after-hours call-out log book for all call-outs
- Apply all procedures as advised by the company to the Caretaker as being required
- Ensure all information is handed over to the company's oncoming staff for the next shift
