The Role At Infin8care, Hotel Services Assistants play a critical role in providing quality housekeeping and cleaning services which focus on infection control and ensure a safe and healthy living environment for residents. Working closely with the Facility Manager and the Hotel Services Team Leader, you will be responsible for serving of residents' meals in the main dining room and resident rooms, cleaning of resident rooms and common areas as well as a providing laundry services and generally ensuring that residents daily needs are met. About YouCompassionate, with a customer service mindset, you are a strong communicator and problem solver who ‘thinks on your feet’, builds supportive relationships, and strives for the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and order within the entire facility.
At Infin8care, we hire on attitude and aptitude, so you DO NOT need experience in the aged care sector, you do however need to be aligned with our philosophy and values have strong communication skills, be computer literate and a commitment to resident wellbeing as well as the following,A willingness to work weekends on a roster basis. A valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or have the ability to get one)Proactive and measured attitude to identifying & preventing safety hazards in the workplace
Adopt a safety-first approach to daily tasks and supporting colleagues at all times
Commitment to attend safety specific training and upskilling sessions paid by the company
Willingness to come up with safety ideas that improve awareness, hazard reduction and incident reporting
